ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider and dispose of the representation dated 07.07.2025, whereby he sought to survey the petitioner's land and to remove the encroachment.

2.Mrs.S.Indhu Bala, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.L.Baskaran, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents 4 to 6. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to3 and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 4 to 6. 4.The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the representation of the petitioner dated 07.07.2025 has not been considered by the respondents 1 to 3, so far.

5.This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the respondents 1 to 3 to consider and

decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.07.2025 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law. Such exercise shall be done by the respondents 1 to 3 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
