and S.Sounthar,J The Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the husband/father of the detenues seeking for a directing to the 1st and 2nd respondents to produce the person or body of the detenues, namely Bhavya, wife of petitioner and minor daughter, Keerthana (aged 5 years) before this Court and set them at liberty.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The detenues are produced before this Court. The 1st detenue states that her husband/petitioner is a drunkard and he tortured her and thus, she voluntarily went along with her friend.

4. The 2nd detenue/child is with the 1st detenue/mother. The 1st detenue is not willing to go with her husband. There is no illegal detention. Therefore, recording the above statement made by the 1st detenue, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. (J.NISHA BANU J.) (S.SOUNTHAR J.) 22.09.2025 vsi
