This application is filed for permission to pay a sum of Rs.5,43,178/- towards water and sewerage tax from and out of the common pool fund and permit the Official Liquidator to book the incidental expenses of the present application from and out of common pool fund and consequential orders in that regard.

2. I heard the learned Deputy Official Liquidator.

3. The learned Deputy Official Liquidator submitted that a sum of Rs.5,43,178/- is required to be paid immediately to the office of the Official Liquidator towards water and sewerage tax. He further submitted that the said amount would be reimbursed to the common pool fund upon receipt of this amount from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Chennai.

4. Upon considering the submissions of the learned Deputy Official Liquidator and on examining the report dated 18.11.2019, it is just and necessary this application be allowed. Accordingly, the following directions are issued:- 1/2 http://www.judis.nic.in

Comp.A.No.419 of 2019 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY, J kal (i) The Official Liquidator is permitted to pay a sum of Rs.5,43,178/- towards water and sewerage tax from and out of common pool fund maintained by the Official Liquidator.

(ii) The Official Liquidator is permitted to reimburse the common pool fund to the extent of Rs.5,43,178/- upon receipt of this amount from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Chennai.
