Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, though the delay is 1670 days, in the light of the peculiar facts of the case where the original claimant had died before the appeal was disposed of and the legal representatives are now before the Court seeking re-hearing of the appeal, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.
