This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the Petitioner stating that she had not engaged the Counsel, Mrs.M.G.Rajeswari.

2.Notice was also issued to Mrs.M.G.Rajeswari, learned Counsel.

3. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

4.Registry is directed to strike out the name of Mrs.M.G.Rajeswari, learned Counsel and print the name of K.Venkatesan, I.Muthuswamy, learned Counsels for Mrs.A.Vijayalakshmi, who is the 1st respondent in CRP.

5. The Registry is directed enquire into the filing of vakalat by Mrs.M.G.Rajeswari on behalf of the Mrs.A.Vijalalakshmi, 1st respondent in CRP.
