The above writ miscellaneous petition is filed to substitute the petitioner herein viz., Megha B.R. as legal heir of the deceased writ petitioner Mr.K.T.Rajashekhara in the above writ petition in W.P.No.17563 of 2021.

2. There is no objection from the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent to allow this petition.

3. Considering the reasons stated by the petitioner in the affidavit and having been satisfied with the records, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
