ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the State would submit that he may be granted some time to verify whether common notice has been issued now by the third respondent.

2. We are not inclined to keep this petition pending. If common notice has not been issued so far, it shall be issued within ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and the entire

proceedings shall be completed as early as possible, preferably within three months, and appropriate order one way or the other shall be passed, after affording an opportunity of hearing to all concerned.

3. The petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
