This application has been filed by the applicant/plaintiff to grant leave to sue the respondent/defendant before this Court.

2. Applicant is the plaintiff in the suit which was filed for recovery of money. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the cause of action has arisen within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court and the registered office of the respondent is situated at Poonamallee High Road, Madhuravoyal. Since the respondent is situated outside the territorial jurisdiction of this Court, leave has been sought for.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and also considering the averments made in the plaint, leave is granted.
