The petitioner seeks bail in Crime No.197 of 2023, registered by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 450 & 366 of IPC and Sections 5(1) & 6 of POCSO Act. 2.It is stated that the victim child was missing on 10.08.2023 and originally FIR was registered as "girl missing" and subsequently, she had been secured at the residence of the petitioner herein. The statement under Section 164(5) Cr.P.C., of the victim child had been recorded and charge sheet had also been filed.

3.The application for bail can be considered only after the victim deposes evidence in the Court and also is cross-examined. At this stage, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
