These two Writ Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed seeking to amend the relief sought in the Writ Petition. 2.

The Writ Petition filed originally challenging a show cause notice. Pending the Writ Petition, the respondents have move forward and passed final orders. A reply was also given to the show cause notice. Now, these two Writ Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed seeking to question the order passed. 3.

It is only an extension of the relief originally sought in the Writ Petition. Therefore, I find every reasons to grant the amendment as sought for.

Accordingly, these two Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
