These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are filed to condone the delay of 1636 days to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 2nd respondent in the Second appeal; to bring on record the proposed respondents 3 and 4 herein who are the legal representatives of the deceased 2nd respondent; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd respondent namely, Periyasamy Gounder in the above Second Appeal.

2. I have gone through the affidavit in support of the application. The application is in time. The Learned Counsel for the 1st respondent has no objection in allowing these applications. Accordingly, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
