Prayer:Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner representation dated 08.07.2019 and passed orders for regularisation of petitioner service with all consequential benefits.

ORDER
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner representation dated 08.07.2019 and passed orders for regularisation of petitioner service with all consequential benefits.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.According to the petitioner, he joined in service as Crocodile far Watcher/Plot Watcher on 01.11.2007 in Sathanur Dam and served as daily wages for more than 10 years and the third respondent vide proceedings dated 09.07.2019 has sought for the particulars of persons, those who had completed 10 years of service from the fourth respondent, who in turn vide proceedings dated 15.07.2019 sent the details of the petitioner. The grievance of the petitioner is that thereafter, his claim has not been considered by the respondents for regularisation of his service. Hence the petitioner made a representation on 08.07.2019 seeking regularisation of his service, however as there was no action is forthcoming, hence the petitioner is before this Court.
4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that without going into the merits of the case, it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.07.2019 and to pass appropriate orders.
5.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents while conceding the claim of the petitioner, would submit that if any such direction is given by this Court, the same would be complied with and the representation of the petitioner would be disposed of in accordance with law. 6.Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I am inclined to issue direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.07.2019, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
