This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 247 days in filing the above appeal.

2. In spite of service of notice, there is no representation on behalf of the respondents.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay of 247 days in filing the appeal is condonned subject to the waiver of interest on the enhanced compensation for the delayed period.
