W.M.P.No.33249 of 2022 in W.P.No.33742 of 2022 M.SUNDAR, J., Captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' ['WMP'] has been filed by the petitioners with a prayer to dispense with production of original impugned order of the 2nd respondent in Proceedings O.R.No.142/202223, which has been called in question in the main writ petition.

2. Mr.S.Vijaykumar, learned counsel for writ petitioner adverting to the support affidavit submitted that original impugned order is not available with the petitioner, however a photocopy of the impugned notice has been filed in Court and that has necessitated the captioned WMP. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to Paragraph 3 of the support affidavit, which reads as follows:

'3. I submit hat the original copy of the impugned order is not available with me at present and however, I am managed to get Xerox copy of the same. Hence, if the production of the original copy of the impugned order of the 2nd respondent in proceedings O.R.No.142/2022-23 (RS-VI) dated 06.12.2022 is dispensed with no one would be prejudiced, otherwise I would be highly prejudiced.'

M.SUNDAR.J., gpa 3.In the light of the narrative thus far, owing to the facts and circumstances of the case on hand aforementioned reason is accepted and dispense with prayer is acceded to. Captioned WMP ordered as prayed for. No costs.
