[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Challenging the order of the first respondent dated 29.10.2019, the present writ petition has been filed. 2.Admittedly, the order impugned is appealable to the second respondent under Section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.In such view of the matter, we dispose of the writ petition, giving liberty to the petitioner to file such an appeal to the second respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such time, there shall be an order of status quo as on today. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
