This petition has been filed to modify the condition to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties each for like sum before the satisfaction court in Crl.O.P.No.28305 of 2022 on 17.11.2022.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for like sum before the satisfaction court. All other conditions remain unaltered.
