This writ petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 1st respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.5081/01/T1 dt.25.04.2003 and quash the same and further direct the respondents 1 to 3 to complete the scheme as per resolution No.59/2001 dated 06.08.2001.

2.There has been no representation for the Petitioner during the earlier hearings on 08.06.2018 and 13.06.2018, as well as today at 10.24 a.m. and 12.44 p.m. despite the matter being posted under the caption of "For Dismissal". Hence, the Writ Petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
