Heard Mr. V.Jeevagiridharan, Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the First to Fourth Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

There is no representation for the Petitioner when the matter is called at 10.50 a.m. today.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Respondents to consider the representation dated 08.06.2017 made by the Petitioner to conduct departmental enquiry against the Fifth Respondent. 4.

It has been brought to notice that after receipt of the representation dated 08.06.2017 from the Petitioner, an enquiry had been conducted in which the Petitioner failed to appear despite notice to her to prove her allegations against the Fifth Respondent, which were denied and by Order in Na. Ka. 2/4

No. 10778/2022/A3 dated 30.06.2022, the same has been rejected and its copy has been produced. In view of the such action taken, nothing remains for further consideration in the matter.

In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed. No costs. 12.07.2022 gd Index: Yes/No Note: Issue order copy by 26.07.2022.
