By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.

This petition has filed seeking a direction to the 1st to 6th respondents to conduct consecration Kudamuzhukku/Nanneerattu function of Arulmighu Vaanilai Kandeeswarar (Apathsakayeswarar) Temple, Sendhamangalam in Tamil by chanting appropriate Tamil Humns by considering the petitioner's representation dated 28.08.2025.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner preferred representation dated 28.08.2025 to the respondents requesting to ensure Tamil Hymns during the auspicious day of Kudamuzhukku/Nanneerattu at Temple's Karuvarai, Velvisalai and also at Gopura Kalasam of Arulmighu Vaanilai Kandeeswarar (Apathsakayeswarar) Temple, Sendhamangalam. However, the 2/4

said representation was not considered by the respondents. Hence, the petitioners have filed the present petition before this Court.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that this Court may issue a direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 28.08.2025 within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. Per contra, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1,4 and 5 submitted that poojas will be conducted as per Agamam and Tamil Hymns during the auspicious day of Kudamuzhukku.

6. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

7. In view of the fair submission submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader, the writ petition is closed. No costs. 02.09.2025 3/4
