C.M.P.Nos.15434 to 15436 of 2017 C.M.P.Nos.15434 to 15436 of 2017 in S.A.No.550 of 2007 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., C.M.P.No.15434 of 2017 has been filed to condone the delay of 878 days and bring on record the petitioners/respondents 2 to 5 as the legal heirs of the deceased Palaniammal, as respondents 1 to 4 in the above Second Appeal.

2. C.M.P.No.15435 of 2017 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the petitioner/respondent in the above Second Appeal.

3. C.M.P.No.15436 of 2017 has been filed to bring on record the petitioners/respondents 2 to 5 as the legal heirs of the deceased Palaniammal, as respondents 1 to 4 in the above Second Appeal.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for both the parties.

5. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that he has no objection for ordering these petitions.

6. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, in C.M.P.Nos.15434 to 15436 of 2017 are ordered.

7. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in S.A.No.550 of 2007 within a week.
