CMP No.22353 of 2022 in CMA No.2280 of 2022 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J., This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking extension of time granted in the order dated 27.10.2022 in CMA No.2280 of 2022 to the the petitioner/appellant to deposit the amount of Rs.9,25,000/- being the share of the minor of the petitioner's son into any Nationalised Bank till the petitioner's son attains majority.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

3. Since the intending purchaser has refused to purchase the property on account of personal reasons, within the stipulated time, the order could not be complied with, as could be seen from paragraph No.4 of the affidavit.
