ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court has already passed an order on 11.04.2023 in W.A.No.60 of 2023, the prayer sought in this Writ Petition has become infructuous and the learned counsel for the petitioner also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect.

2. Recording the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. K.SURENDER, J.
