2. This petition is filed on account of non-settlement of the loan account of the petitioner.

3. According to the petitioner, the petitioner has satisfied the amount payable under One-Time Settlement. If that be the claim of the petitioner, the petitioner's remedy lies in approaching the Debts

Recovery Tribunal.
