2. In the affidavit in support, it is stated that these documents are relevant for purposes of establishing that the applicant has been taking care of the two minor children, who are in his custody.
3. The learned counsel for the respondent/petitioner submits that this application may be allowed subject to objections with regard to admissibility and relevance.
4. Upon considering the aforesaid, this application is allowed subject to the objections of the respondent/petitioner inter alia on grounds of admissibility, relevance and proof.
