This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, report before the Dindigul Town Police Station on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.22598 of 2022 order dated 19.09.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall stay at Tamil Nadu and report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation and also appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
