(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Allegation of illegal construction in the hands of private respondents cannot be inquired into in this petition as the petitioner has no where stated in the petition as to what legal injury has been caused to him personally or enjoyment of his proprietary rights. The

petitioner lacks locus standi to file this petition. The petition is dismissed. There will be no order as to costs.
