When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for both the parties submitted that, the matter has been compromised between the parties and the petitioner has executed a sale Deed in favour of the defacto complainant. The defacto complainant have also agreed to withdraw the case.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that, it has been informed that the matter has been compromised.

3. In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that, there is no apprehension of arrest.

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.

Consequently, connected Crl.MP. is closed.
