The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider his representation dated 14.10.2024 and pass final orders.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that he filed an application under Section 63(e) of HR and CE Act before the 3rd respondent seeking recognition of its status "Kombu Maistry" during the Urchavam conducted in Arulmighu Annamalaiyar Temple in the month of Karthigai every year. Pending the said application, the petitioner filed an interlocutory application in I.A.No.3 of 2024 seeking interim direction to the temple administration to issue Identity Card to the petitioner to act as "Kombu Maistry" to enable him to perform during annual Urchavam to be held from 01.12.2024 to 17.12.2024. The said interim application has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner submitted the above representation seeking earlier disposal of the interim application.
3. Mr.K.Karthikeyan, learned Government Advocate (HR and 2/5
CE) appearing for the respondents would submit that I.A.No.3 of 2024 in O.A.No.12 of 2024 filed by the petitioner is posted on 27.11.2024 for enquiry.
4. In view of the fact that the interim application is already posted for enquiry on 27.11.2024, the 3rd respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and pass final order in I.A.No.3 of 2024 on or before 03.12.2024.
