C.M.P.Nos.12123 & 12126 of in A.S. No. 45 of 2019 DR. A.D. MARIA CLETE, J These petitions have been filed to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the sole appellant and to bring on record the proposed appellants as legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant respectively.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned counsel for the respondents who submits that he has got no serious objection in allowing these petitions.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title.
