O R D E R

The civil revision petition is filed against the order dated 11.07.2023 in EA No.8 of 2023 in EA No.6 of 2019 in EP No.725 of 1984 in OS No.587 of 1970, on the file of X Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. When the matter was taken up, it is noticed that this Revision is filed against the order passed in EA No.8 of 2023 in EA No.6 of 2019 in EP No.725 of 1984 in OS No.587 of 1970, on the file of X Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai. EA.No.8 of 2023 was filed to condone the delay of 1081 days in filing the application for review the order dated 30.01.2020 in EA No.6 of 2020.

3. Further, it is noticed that the petitioner has already filed an application to recall the order passed in EA.No.6 of 2019 in EP No.725 of 1984, that was dismissed at the the filing stage in EA Sr No.85772 of 2022. Aggrieved by this rejection order, he filed a civil revision petition in CRP No.3501 of 2023. After hearing the parties, it is reserved for orders.

4. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition against the dismissal order in EA No.8 of 2023, to condone the delay of 1081 days in filing the application for review the order dated 30.01.2020 in EA No.6 of 2019 in EP No.725 of 1984, will be subject to the result passed in CRP No.3401 of 2023. Therefore, at present this civil revision petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, CMP No.4433 of 2024 is closed.
