Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other Writ or Order or Direction in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the 4th Respondent to consider the Petitioner Representation dated 14.09.2022 and to direct the 4th respondent to survey and mark the land in Punjai Survey No.177 /1C and the new survey No.224/3 at Vengikkal Village, Tiruvannamalai Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District with police protection.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the 4th Respondent to consider the Petitioner's Representation dated 14.09.2022 and also to direct the 4th respondent to survey and mark the land in Punjai Survey No.177 /1C and the new survey No.224/3 at Vengikkal Village, Tiruvannamalai Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District.

3. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the Respondents. He submitted that the 4th Respondent will 2/4

consider the representation of the first petitioner and pass Orders on merits within a period of two weeks.

4. In such view of the matter, the 4th respondent shall consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.09.2022 and pass orders as per law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. The petitioner shall make necessary application to the 5th Respondent within two weeks after the orders of the 4th Respondent. On such application and necessary charges paid for survey, the 5th Respondent is directed to conduct survey after giving proper notice to all the neighbours of the subject property, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of application and survey charges by the Petitioner.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
