This petition has been filed seeking to withdraw the H.M.O.P. No. 740 of 2021 pending on the file of Subordinate Court at Poonamallee and transfer the same to the file of Principal Family Court at Chennai. 1/4

2.During the course of enquiry, both the parties requested this Court to refer the matter for Mediation as there was a possibility of settlement. Accordingly, the matter was referred to mediation and in the course of mediation, both the parties have settled their issues and filed joint compromise memo, signed by both the parties and counter signed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.Since the settlement has already been arrived at between the parties, this petition is closed as per the terms of Joint compromise memo. Joint compromise memo shall form a part of the order.
