ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to modify the condition order passed by the Mahila Court in Crl.M.P.No.8525 in Paragraph No.6 "that the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for Rs.25,000/- with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of trial Court among them one surety shall be a blood surety dated 07.10.2025 and modify the condition.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Lower Court while granting bail to the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8525/2025 dated 07.10.2025, directed him to execute one surety shall be a blood surety. He further submitted that the petitioner has no blood relatives and that the petitioner could not comply the condition given by the Mahila Court. Hence, he seeks to modify the condition.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and finding that the reason is justifiable, this Court is inclined to modify the condition in respect of blood surety. Accordingly, the condition in para No.5 of the order dated 07.10.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.8525/2025 as follows: "the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Mahila Court, Chennai". The other conditions imposed by the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8525/2025 dated 07.10.2025 shall remain intact.

5. With the above modification, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
