This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the fair and decretal order made in I.A.No.4135 of 2016 in I.A.No.5122 of 2014 in O.S.No.1760 of 2014 on the file of the III Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, by order dated 20.04.2018.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that, as against the order passed in I.A.No.4135 of 2016, Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in CMA.No.60 of 2018 was filed before the First Appellate Court, where CMA also was dismissed on 07.08.2019, which is the order impugned in this revision. Therefore, the said certified copy of the order in I.A.No.4135 of 2016 had already been filed before the First Appellate Court, the certified copy of the order could not be produced before this Court. However, the photo copy of the same has been filed.

3.Considering the same, this petition is accepted and the dispense with. is ordered. The Registry is directed to number the CRP, if it is otherwise in order.
