ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's appeal dated 27.09.2018 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the appeal of the petitioner dated 27.09.2018, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
