C.M.P.Nos.22685, 22692, 22693 and 22694 of 2022 in S.A.No.1487, 1488, 1489 and 1486 of 2011 P.T.ASHA, J These petitions have been filed by the petitioners to set aside the judgment dated 14.11.2022, which was dismissed for default and restore S.A.No.1487, 1488, 1489 and 1486 of 2011 respectively.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the submissions made on either side and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed on condition that the learned counsel for the appellant, who has appeared before this Court, will make his submissions on 21.02.2023 irrespective of the cause list showing any other name.

4. Post the second appeal on 21.02.2023.
