This writ petition has been filed challenging Letter dated 18.10.2022 in No. 3103166/UD VI(1)/2022-1 of the first respondent in respect to the property bearing Door No. 19/55, Ekambaram Street, Korukkupet, Chennai - 600 021 and quash the same and directing the second respondent to dispose the Regularization Application filed by the Petitioner on 18.12.2019 in accordance with law.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.

3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
