(Order of the Court made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.) Aggrieved by the Notice issued by the 3rd Respondent, the Petitioner filed an Appeal Petition before the 1st Respondent on 24.08.2019. Seeking appropriate orders on the same, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for, we call upon the 1st Respondent/District Collector, Salem https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

District, Salem, to pass appropriate orders on the Petitioner's Appeal Petition dated 24.08.2019, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.

Needless it is to state that, till such time, status quo shall be maintained by all the parties, including the Petitioner.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.No.33552 of 2019 is closed.
