This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 03.10.2023 in Crl.OP.No.22625 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police, monthly once i.e., on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
