ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioners' representation dated 15.07.2025 and to hold a enquiry into the affairs of the 2nd respondent Association.
2. Mr.R.Anitha, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. In view of the consent expressed by the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. The case of the petitioners is that they are the members of the 2nd respondent association. There has been mismanagement morefully in the working and financial condition of the said association, which is not in consonance with law and the byelaws. Therefore, the petitioners have made a representation dated 15.07.2025 before the 1st respondent. Since the same was not considered, the petitioners have filed this writ petition before this Court for appropriate orders.
4. Though very many grounds have been raised in this writ petition, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that, it would suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 15.07.2025, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
5. In view of the limited request sought for by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.07.2025, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of six (6) weeks Page No.3 of 7
from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioners and the 2nd respondent herein.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
