ORDER

Considering the fact that there is an order of status quo ordered by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.2580 of 2023 dated 21.09.2023, the contempt proceedings stand closed against the respondents for statistical purpose. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to restore the petition to the file of this Court in case above mentioned writ appeal is dismissed.

2. With the above observation and liberty, this contempt petition is closed.
