This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to comply the order passed in C.M.P.No.1419 of 2023 dated 29.09.2023 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Ambatur and register the F.I.R within the stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submitted that order of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambatur dated 29.09.2023 passed in C.M.P.No.1419 of 2023 has already been complied with and F.I.R has been registered in Crime No.996 of 2024 on 24.11.2024 and he has also produced the copy of the same.

4. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
