Today, the learned counsel for the respondent has handed over the Demand Draft returning the advance of Rs.2,70,000/- in full quit. The Demand Draft has been handed over to the learned counsel for the 1/4

petitioner/tenant and the same is acknowledged in full and final settlement.

2. In view of the above settlement, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.

3. While closing this Civil Miscellaneous Petition, the learned counsel for the respondent states that in the order dated 26.09.2025, the name of the learned counsel for the respondent viz., Mr.B.Magizhnan, should be removed from the appearance and also, at Page No.3, Paragraph No.5, the first line, instead of the learned counsel for the respondent, inadvertently typed as learned counsel for the petitioner, hence the same should be corrected.

4. In view of the above submissions, Registry is directed to remove the name of the respondent Mr.B.Mgizhnan from the appearance portion and also at Page No.3, Paragraph No.5, the first line, correct the word as respondent, instead of petitioner in the order dated 26.09.2025 and issue a fresh copy of the order to the parties after incorporating necessary corrections.
