The Official Liquidator has filed his report dated 06.11.2025 seeking the original documents in support of the claim made by the petitioner and the certified copies of the Labour Court and the details of the pending cases if any. 2.Mr.V.Prakash, learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that they will furnish the required documents within a period of two weeks and the Official Liquidator shall evaluate the same and shall adjudicate the same in accordance with law.
