This petition is filed to expedite the investigation and to file final report in Crime No.339 of 2020.

2. The case of online fraud, where petitioner had lost Rs.5,37,500/- to an unknown person, who had enticed him to invest through online for getting Indane Gas Agency.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that, case has been registered against unknown persons and investigation been conducted, but still the accused could not be traced.

4. Considering the nature of the offences and the difficulty in tracing the naked face, this Court is not inclined to fix any time frame for completing the investigation except to direct the respondents to expedite the investigation and to file a final report as early as possible. 2/4

5. In the light of the above observations and directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
