This Petition has been filed to relax the the condition "(a)the petitioner shall report before the jurisdictional Magistrate on every working day at 10.30 am, until further orders" ordered by this Court in Crl.OP.No.22418 of 2024 in Crime No.328 of 2024 dated 12.09.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 40 days and investigation is pending in this matter. He would further submit that there are five previous cases pending against the petitioner.

3.The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.22418 of 2024 on 12.09.2024 in para 7(a) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pallavaram on the first working day every month at 10.30 am and before the respondent police on every Saturday at 06.30 pm until further orders.
