ORDER
This application is filed by the applicant/plaintiff to direct the fifth respondent to deposit a sum of Rs.25,64,216.68/- (Rupees Twenty Five Lakhs Sixty Four Thousand Two Hundred and Sixteen and Paise Sixty Eight Only) being the arrears lease rental amount of Rs.6,56,300.06/- (Rupees Six Lakhs Fifty Six Thousand Three Hundred and Paise Six only), GST dues of Rs.14,28,916.62/- (Rupees Fourteen Lakhs Twenty Eight Thousand Nine Hundred and Sixteen and Paise Sixty Two only), maintenance due charges of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) and damages cost of Rs.4,49,000/- and to deposit a sum of Rs.64,568/- (Rupees Sixty Four Thousand Five Hundred and Sixty Eight only) towards the TDS due in to the credit of PAN No.AAVPS8633G.
2. In this case, it is an admitted fact that the applicant filed applications in O.A.Nos.121 and 122 of 2022, restraining the respondents 1 to 4 from collecting the rents from the tenants and directing the respondents 5 to 13 to deposit their respective rent before the Court and the same was allowed on 07.04.2022.

3. As against the said order, O.S.A.No.157 of 2022 was filed, and the same was also dismissed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court. Therefore, this Court passed an order by directing the respondents 5 to 13 to deposit the rent amount to the Court on or before the 5th of every month to the credit of the suit. This application is filed once again for the same relief along with the other reliefs. Since this Court already passed an order in respect of the deposit of rent amount, no further orders are required to be passed in this application in respect of the payment of rent and as far as the other reliefs are concerned, they can be decided after trial.
