ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the FIR in Crime No.633 of 2019 dated 26.06.2019 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report has also been filed before the learned XV Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town on 01.03.2023.

4. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), nothing survives for further consideration in this Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
