This case was posted under the caption for "being mentioned", in order to correct certain inadvertent mistakes that has crept into the order.

2. At paragraph No.5 of the order, instead of mentioning as second respondent in line No.7, it shall be mentioned as fourth and fifth respondents. Similarly, at Paragraph Nos. 6 and 7, instead of mentioning as respondents 2 to 4, it shall be mentioned as respondents 2 to 5.

3. Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections and issue fresh order copy to the learned counsel for the petitioner, on or before 27.01.2020.
