This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in C.C.No.3453 of 2013 pending on the file of the XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai 600 015 as against the petitioner and to quash the same.

2. This Court vide order dated 06.11.2024 ordered notice to the respondent. Again on 09.12.2024, ordered fresh notice to the respondent. Despite the same, the petitioner has not taken steps to serve notice to the respondent.
